AXA LM’s expertise lies in the acquisition and management of non-life (re)insurance legacy business by providing proactive claims management services to AXA. In other words, we work to reduce exposure and create value out of the "run-off" portfolios that we have acquired and are managing.

AXA LM is a financial, agile and human-sized structure with around 150 employees with very diverse personalities, profiles and culture, divided into 4 countries (USA, FR, UK, CH). -    Project management for the S4/HANA implementation at AXA Liabilities Managers, 4 service management entities/units (FR, CH, UK, US) with 7 (re)insurance companies managed (current system: PeopleSoft),
-    Project planning, coordination of milestones with AXA GO, SPOC for AXA GO, internal coordination; coordination of tests and training, stakeholder management, risk mapping,
-    Change management: Update of processes including any specificities of the respective country units.

-    Language skills: very good level of English required; French/German as aplus but not a "must have",
-    Project management skills (incl. communication, collaboration, problem solving),
-    Experience in change management,
-    Finance background/experience (understanding of financial accounting processes),
-    S4 HANA and/or PeopleSoft skills would be helpful.
