We are looking for Data Center Expert who can create innovative solutions, find the best partners, continuously develop their team's performance, and contribute to diverse and enriching projects on a daily basis!


💻¿What would you be doing in your day a day? 

As a Data Center Expert, you will play a critical role in helping our client explore new opportunities in the rapidly evolving data center market. This consulting-focused position will involve market analysis, innovation scouting, and the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to support the client’s short, mid, and long-term growth strategies in the Data Center market. You will also foster partnerships with innovative start-ups and external technology partners to drive joint business opportunities, focusing on both white space (IT equipment areas) and gray space (infrastructure support areas) within data centers.

  • Conduct comprehensive market studies to identify innovative solutions and partnership opportunities in the data center sector.
  • Develop strategic recommendations to help the client expand their presence and revenue within the data center market.
  • Design and implement PoCs to validate potential solutions and technologies, considering both white space (server racks, networking, storage) and gray space (power, cooling, and infrastructure management).
  • Guide and coach technical and non-technical teams in developing and executing data center strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with innovative start-ups, technology partners, and industry leaders to accelerate market penetration.
  • Provide insights into emerging trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, both internally and externally.

Profile Needed

 

¿What do we need from you? 

Here are the key qualifications and skills required:

  • Solid technical background in data center technologies, including design, commissioning, and/or operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of critical systems like power distribution, cooling, energy efficiency, and data center infrastructure management (DCIM).
  • Expertise in both white space (IT systems) and gray space (mechanical and electrical infrastructure) management.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience in building partnerships and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Sales skills to effectively promote ideas and influence decision-making.
  • Perfect written and spoken English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Independent, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Availability for occasional travel across Europe
