Quality Engineer Aerospace

Abylsen Switzerland an Engineering Consulting company that supports its clients in various sectors. The company has been present in Switzerland since 2013 and is part of the Abylsen Group which has more than 2,600 employees in 7 different countries.

Responsibilities

• EN 9100/ AS9100 mandatory
• Creation of COCs (Certificates of Conformity) and tracking of product deliveries
• Management of customer complaints (8D)
• Analysis of internal non-conformities (problem solving: QRQC,5Why,8D...)
• Continuous improvement of internal quality procedures, creation and modification of quality instructions
• Production of SFRs: Shop Finding Report
• Realization of FAI
• Internal audits and continuous improvement

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical skills, industry experience, and a proactive mindset that drives quality improvement. You should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Aerospace, Mechanical, or related field).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement.
