Who Are We?
Job Description
Within the Group, you will join the Group Internal Audit department within the HR & Investigations team as a Senior Investigations Expert, reporting directly to the Group Head of Investigations. The HR & Investigations team is comprised of 6 staff members, of which 4 whose main responsibilities are to receive, triage and investigate allegations of misconduct and inappropriate and unethical or illegal behaviours by staff members or tied-agents across the Group. Staff members also conduct checks and methodology reviews to ensure that the investigation process is robust, concise and fair.
Your job and daily missions:You will be responsible for performing investigations covering a regional French speaking scope and who can work in English and potentially in Spanish, with a focus on sensitive people-related cases. You will also work globally across geographic regions to support on driving change, evolution and consistency of Whistleblowing & Investigations.
- Complex regional scope on people-related investigations – covering a people population of around 13000 employees across the Group.
- Manage and support on average +45 cases per annum
- Support and influence Executives and non-Executive management across the French entities on investigations output.
- Guide and advise regional HRDs on investigations root causes.
- Guide and influence Global Community of approximately 80 forensic practitioners
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead and perform investigations (main focus on people-related) end to end covering a regional French speaking scope, as well as English and Spanish speaking entities, globally.
- Ensure that quality of work performed in these entities, including the quarterly reporting is in line with Group standards and policy, whilst maximising value.
- Manage and guide the robustness of investigations reports within the head office team, according to Group methodology.
- Support other members of the teams in performing people-related investigations.
- Integrate all legal and regulatory requirements into the framework.
- Support and guide Heads of Audit in the entities they cover through their Investigations and Whistleblowing controls.
- Make the investigations process a lever that contributes to the continuous improvement of AXA’s whistleblowing culture and environment.
- Play a key role with the investigations community, helping with development, knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Responsible for own professional development and pro-actively identify relevant training and development needs and develops own professional network.
- Maintain strong relationships with peers and keep abreast of industry themes, trends and developments.
