In our new and expanding Belgian office, we are currently focusing on cyberspace, services and mine countermeasures systems. With a number of new projects startings and with the growth in our activty, we are in need of engineers capable of taking care of the technical coordination of projets.

Missions:

+ Lead the CoE management activities:
+ Key Performance Indicators
+ support for Management Meeting and Steering Committee
+ Report towards CoE CTO and Naval Group SA business development team
+ Support offer development activities (technical and commercial)
+ Undertake the technical coordination of projects
+ Be able to understand the technical requirements of a project
+ Help manage and plan the technical progress
+ Help manage and pilot supplier contributions to R&D projects
+ Contribute to the Project Management Process of the subsidiary
+ Help set up tools and processes
+ Help the operations manager in making sure the PMO's follow the process
+ Help prepare slides and participate in the regualer project management meetings

Skills: Project Management, Technical Understanding and appetite, Business development
Atitude: Good Communication, rigor, spirit of analysis and synthesis.
Knowledge of collaborative innovation processes is a plus.
